She Didn't Follow the Blueprint. She Built Her Own.

Britta Brown spent nearly 12 years building a career most people never see together: NBA front office operations and Division I Athletics. As Senior Director of Basketball Administration for the Detroit Pistons, she partnered with the GM and senior leadership to run day-to-day operations and execute high-stakes initiatives. She’s also held athletics development and stewardship roles at UNC, Maryland, and Eastern Michigan, and competed as a D1 lacrosse student-athlete at UNC. Away from the boardroom, Britta is an avid outdoorswoman, RVer, and traveler. She brings her same level of energy, connectivity, and transparency to every stage.

She helps women, student-athletes or sports industry leaders:

  • Take ownership of their path, instead of waiting for permission
  • Build confidence in environments where you may not “fit the mold”
  • Translate discipline from sport into life and career leadership
  • Understand what it actually takes to build a career inside elite sports organizations
  • Lead their organizations through the operational and structural shifts happening in today’s sports landscape
